Disney’s Planes – Review and finds (Printables)

I started planing for the boys 2013 birthday party the day after their birthday bash last year.

The theme – Aviation / Aeroplanes / Airplanes / Flying . We 1st came across Disney’s Planes with a small snippet was shown on the Disney Channel and a few days later we came across the cutest plush planes at our local Checkers store and that was the beginning of the “follection” aka collection as my little man would put it.

We were all so excited when the movie opened so close to their birthdays but thanks to the Mumps I had both boys at home the whole of their birthday week.

It was the perfect movie after yesterday’s incident or could we call it an issue (That’s for another Post, I’m interested in your opinions…Winners Losers or 1st 2nd 3rd )?

A brilliant movie about a little crop plane thinking big and following his dream of competitive flying, with all odds against him and his friends supporting him from beginning to end, when he lost races and wins them. A good lesson in camaraderie and good sportsmanship.

“From high above the world of “Cars” flies “Planes,” Disney’s upcoming animated action-packed comedic adventure starring Dusty, a big-hearted, fast-flying crop duster who dreams of competing in the most exhilarating around-the-world air race in history. There’s only a couple of not-so-small problems — Dusty is not exactly built for racing and he also happens to be afraid of heights.Despite his fear and with encouragement from his mentor, a naval aviator named Skipper, Dusty narrowly qualifies for the big competition. Dusty’s sportsmanship and speed begin to rattle the defending champ of the race circuit, Ripslinger, who will stop at nothing to see Dusty fail. When disaster strikes during the climax of the final race, Dusty’s courage is put to the ultimate test. With the support of friends old and new, Dusty reaches heights he never dreamed possible.” – http://movies.disney.com/planes/about/story

We left the movie with arms out to the side in preparation for our flight, our little man wants to be Skipper and his loving nanny was told she is Dotty the sweet and brilliant mechanic that needs to fix him as for big brother and I, we are El Chupacabra and the beautiful Ishani.

With the boys impending Birthday Bash I have been searching for anything to do with the movie to include in the birthday theme.

Just  look ta the amazing stuff I found:

All these fantastic finds were on spoonful.com (All Images are from spoonful.com)
